I don't think that anybody sets out to design products that are used with er used by people in certain ways. So bring that back to the disability community. It can be really disheartening when somebody works really hard, or a team working on a new product and then it's just not meeting the mark for intended use. You have to be ampathetic towards people who might use the product eventuallyik. And realise, i use your experiences on er sort ofte you've got to have a keen eye for those particular users.
