The Republican Congress Can't Do a Worse Job

There's a lot of Monday morning quarterbacks here. The Democrats yesterday when I was presenting before the rules committee every one of them voted against this bill in the rules committee because They didn't like work requirements. And OMB will be held accountable to Congress, you know people talk about increasing the debt limits But all 12 appropriations bills have to be passed by September 30th If they're not  the Matthew amendment will take an effect and that will be a continuing resolution That will reduce all the funding in every program by 1%.
