Why Are Bond Market Rates So Exorbitant?
This is one of the, this argue on the front of the heal curve, is the worst market and a total return basis we've ever seen. This is either the third, fourth or fifth worst year ever to own by depending on which instrument you're looking at. And yet people keep talking to me bullish bout all rates are not up that much. It's really bad in the bond market. Do you want rates to go to five %? You won't have a banking system if you thought that rates were supposed to go to 5% because that's where inflation is.
