John Sutter: It does feel like the end of an era. He says BuzzFeed was founded by Jonah Paredy, who'd been a resident MIT media lab genius inside of the Huffington Post. The company went public via spec last year and is trading for pennies on the dollar at this point he says. "It's kind of bittersweet too, because if you're our age, that was very exciting for a moment," writes Sutter.
