I don't think they ever will, because they understand what the mandate of the IAA is and that I have to do the right thing. So these countries that sustain the IAA as any other member states, we are 175 around. It makes our work more difficult, true. But when it comes to nuclear nonproliferation, nuclear material, especially at a situation of war, nothing comes easily our way.
