Introduction
Palanx dislocations are common tramatic injuries of the hand. Diagnosis can be made clinically and confirmed with orthognal radiographs. Treatment is close reduction and ing, unless volar plate entrapment blocks reduction or a concomitent fracture renders the joint unstable.
