The Importance of Long-Term Participation in Co-Design
The most effective form of co-design is where it's really an embedded practice that lasts a long longer than the project itself and is iterative in its nature. Shelley Anstein was a I guess activist academic activist but she developed this ladder of participation that explains how people can get involved with projects. Often in engagement processes it's often the loudest voices that I heard the most, says David Hockney.
