The Importance of Punishment

I think for all these situations people need some type of punishment because if there is no punishment people continue to do it. We also got to stop blaming this on mental illness. Everything ain't mental illness. Everybody ain't dealing with any type of mental illness and even to help issue. Some people just make poor choices. Right but you do you know you do need punishment right. I don't think I'm not negating that my my bone is why does it always have to start with us? There is no double standard when it comes to black and white people there's a standard and that's the standard is whiteness.
