The Rise of Passive Index Funds
In March of 09, it sure as heck felt like the market could go down another 50%. However, from March of 09 to October of right now, October of 2016, it's been one heck of a run. I've just started to notice in a lot of the major publications, financial publications, all these people are getting all this notoriety for running passive index funds. What I don't get about that is that if we have another 50% drop, which I think is more than a more than an if in the future.
