Former Attorney General Bill Barr says the Department of Justice has a legitimate basis to indict Donald Trump over classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago. "I personally think that they probably have the basis for legitimately indicting the president," he said in an interview with CNN's Joyce Vance. But is he right?
