How to Deal With Panic

So inspired like Jerry's show inspired by what you do inspired by Conan I started my own podcast in March 10th of 2020. So the market the VIX was like oh so we're not quite shut down yet. We're like four days to shut down. You know and I'm like people were freaking out. And as kind of a service to myself and my network. Yeah and a service to my network to be able to talk to like Fred Wilson and Jim O'Shaughnessy and you. It may be my best call but it wasn't like I had some great insight it was just oh my god people. Like at least we could do is take a deep breath.
