Bolsonado's Coming Up in Brazilian Politics

Bossonado has innovated in brazilian politics. He first runs for city council in the late eighties, very much on the issue of remuneration for public security forces. Even at the time, high ranking members of the military said bosinado is bad for the military. And i think it has to do with the fact that he's the sort of every man. I would argue that corps of the military police, guy on the front lines who has to deal with the reality of law and order - they get paid very little.
