I don't read reviews about my book or any of that stuff, but I do read when people take the time to write in. My assistant answers it, but he BCC's me on everything. So I do read everything everybody writes in because they took the time to do it. And who cares? Unless your unknown puts you at risk of death, prison or bodily harm, you have nothing to lose except living a dull, uninspired life. That outside stuff can change on a dime. Oh, we've seen this in history many, many times.
