Yoga in Your Hands - The Kubera Mudra

Mudras have been around for over five thousand years, and they're very similar to yoga as well as acu pressure. Mudras are often referred to as yoga in your hands. This is the kubera mudra. As you meditate, notice this subtle shift of simply uplifting your eyes and straightening your spine. Begin to relax your body, noticing where you hold tension. Notice your heart begin to soften. Feel more expansive within yourself, open and receptive to this joy. Joy all around you. Honor the joy within yourself. Allow it as you sit in stillness, focus on your joy. This is your time. You are made for joy. As always.
