What's the Difference Between Senior and Technical Leader?

There's a difference between staff and senior in terms of scope of leadership responsibilities. Some companies, for example, put all the strategizing from a technical textack perspective into the tech lead or the staff up level. There also needs to be a very clear set of expectations that is very, very transparent. A lot of times people feel like non-tretional candidates fall through the cracks when they could be perfectly good at their job.
