The Law of Unintended Consequences
In civil cases, like they're now, I think in California, trying to pass a law that says you can't compel mandatory arbitration and employment cases. There should be at least some, you know, even if a minimal burden of proof, maybe present some evidence, maybe in camera. But again, I just hope that tiger takes a strong position on this case because it's, it is so ridiculous.
