I noticed immediately at summit one you don't speak in a very traditional way it's not three bullet pointed out and the way that you frame every conversation that you speak around is with fun engaging words. What does your creative process look like? We use Venn diagrams a lot we look at the triangulation of ideas because in many cases brands will bring us problems where they actually have disparate pieces and they really don't fit together. I'm very visual but I also look at words and phrases being very powerful so typically even as I look at my wall here in my office it's populated completely full pretty much with with words and phrases that stem from campaigns or brand initiatives.

1) Origin: Why does your brand exist?

2) Ambitions: What does your organization aspire to be?
What do you hope to stand for and stand out in, in this world?
3) Attributes: Your DNA? What DNA makes up the organization?
What are your unique qualities that you bring to the table? Your onlyness.
