The Long-Term Decline of the Coal Mining Industry
Harlan was a coal miner when he was growing up in Harlan, Kentucky. He says the industry has declined since Obama's administration put restrictions on it. Trump promised to bring back jobs for miners who have been laid off or forced to close their mines. Mark: "I would make the same choice if I had to do it again"
