The Industrial Revolution Is the Most Exciting Speeding Up of All Time, Right?

I'm not an academic. I'm just your average Joe, right? To use an American term - a bloke. What we've seen over the past 60 years and in fact, since the Industrial Revolution is the most extraordinary speeding up of what we were traditionally have called an Aon or an era, right? So if you look up modernity before that, when we were doing the whole, you know, wandering around picking grapes and then eventually we did arable farming. When we got to the Industrial Revolution, that speeded up exponentially, got faster with the invention of the silicon chip and faster still with digital. We're in what a state of what I call punctuated equilibrium
