In Nevada, when they tell you leave and don't come back ever, you have been given an effective trespass warning provided it comes from the owner or the occupant of that casino. absent a photo demonstrating that a trespass warning was given, the police who subsequently arrived will not arrest you. The problem with this is I've read that thing very carefully. Every single time they write one and they give trespass warnings to people who have never been trespassed before, that citation warning specifically says that you have committed the crime of trespass. So that being said, where does this guy think that what he's doing is okay? I don't even understand the question from the sense of I'm breaking the law
