It's really about nighttime high temperatures. Those are the deadly ones because there is no moment in the day that the bodies had a chance to cool down. The body can handle daytime temperatures much better if it has rested and found an equilibrium, a balance of its internal temperatures during the night when it's supposed to rest. If you don't do that, then your body goes into a total whack and your organs are starting to malfunction.
