And it was michael gof who is that person, who was chosen by boys johnson to try and see this thing through. What did you make of the white paper? I think iven the extraordinary constraints he's under, you know, the government's in a mess. The treasury is not super keen on spending lots of money right now,. i think that the paper's very impressive, and that it does manage to identify serious policy leavers that it can pull - long term will start to make a real difference
