The ghost of Burke reminds me every day that conservatives are not very good at governing. But they are good at governing at the state level, lowering taxes and pushing a conservative cultural agenda. At the federal level there's still that struggle. You know, we're going to have social security in Medicare. So maybe we should think about who should get it and who shouldn't?
