Putin's Limits - This Is All He Can Do

Putin is trying to terrorize civilians. He's indiscriminately bombing civilian infrastructure targets in Kyve, Lviv and elsewhere. There's no military or strategic value for these sites other than to cause terror. This will be another moment for the Western Alliance to double down on their support of Kyve against Moscow. And suddenly, Mika, we have a situation that has overtones of 1914.
