I Think Russia Should Have Been Invited to the Climate Change Conference

The us. really needs to do more and to bring russia into the fold when i comes to countering a runsomewhere for my final question. I would like to give several comment so first, i haven't read the book, but this general comcomment about intert connected beyond mascow and senpesbug being non existent or weak is not correct. Even a decade ago, most like major russian cities were well connected. And that's why i think russia should have been invited. But of course, we live, we do not liveninthe perfect world.
