There is still need all the time to work hard on making these interactions be respectful, inclusive and equal. You grew up in a household where there was a great sense of equality in yes, yes. And that everybody needed to basically pitch in and do things together. When you mix in corporate australia, you sometimes find yourself working with people who are at the top of very steep differences in power,. Inequality is good for everyone, not just for the most disadvantage absolutely so. Tho clients at all levels have a strong understanding of the combination of corporate responsibility, but also of responsibility to community.
