The Role of Spotters

Spotters are people who tal e the victim, who work out what their habits are. And that is very much a part of the modes operandi for the cannons. There have been people recently sentenced, given heavy sentences, also, for being spotters. In other states and jurisdictions, you'll see there'll be different, varying degrees of it. But in ireland, we have one charge and one sentence.
