How to Be a Better Web Editor

There is no sense of urgency about it because when they load the web page, it's fine. But your web editor is working 40 hours a week with trying to publish content that's been screamed for. They need to think, they need to put themselves in users' shoes. I sometimes think they need to go to Starbucks or whatever and sit with a bad Wi-Fi and look at the web page from there.
