The Importance of Center Edge Angles in Hip Dysplasia
We should also be cautious putting too much emphasis on the radiological angles. When we measure angles and trying to define what is normal range of acetabular or femoral angles we see that the span is really large. The center edge angle is crucial for giving the right diagnosis so we have in Denmark had discussions about whether the x-ray of the pelvis should be standing or in supine.
