The way that companies have traditionally done it is to look at the amount of revenue quote unquote sourced by the department. And then they use that individual touch point to attribute credit to determine how people's compensation is measured and given out. We suggested an alternative instead of looking at what department did it looking at what was the way that the buyer converted into pipeline. It takes all of the emotion out of which department sourced it because we know that all of these things contribute.
