The Supreme Court Nominees Are Not Going to Vote for Her
The supreme court is just fundamentally different in the amount of discretion it has. The political stakes for the senators are lower, and you have to take that seriously. And so i think that it's probably a good thing to give a little bt more deference on the lower court nominees if you want any of those judges through at all.
