The bigger issue that i really want you to address is the idea that just doing weights and increasing muscle mass doesn't make a difference. We did whether you did weights or not if you stop exercising eat bad you're going to look bad it's not connected to the weights correct. The other thing we know from years of experience is that when you stop weight training you tend to return to the genotype you have so but it's not it certainly doesn't turn into fat because they're two different chemical reactions.
