The Constitutional Problems With Donald Trump

I think that's being overplayed. Even if you were able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt what Donald Trump was thinking, it wouldn't remove these constitutional problems. The issue is can we disagree? Can Donald Trump reject the advice of an albeit larger group of lawyers and follow the advice of a smaller group of lawyers? Right. Yeah, he can. He can be wrong. It doesn't mean he's a felon.
