Indaas - The Laws of the Colonial Period

About a hundred and 50 laws are from the colonial period. These were grandfathered posed the adoption of the constitution by the constitution itself, and so they are still in force right now. It is not a black and white thing that just because the law is a colonial law, it's a bad law. There could be important provisions to safeguard the rights of the people.
