What's Tea City Teams?
T ct teams is a company i started a couple of years ago. It's an avenue for me to help coaches come alongside coaches, help their teams do those exact three things: trust each other, commit to a common vision and delight. Ime i was a varsity girls basswell coach at my school, and i was using it with my team, and that's really the place that i was seeing the most transformation and i wasseeing the most impact. And so well, when the pandimic started, i i was like, you know what i been doing my school. The stuff that we were doing was gold.
