The Challenges of Youth Development in the United States

A lot of the rise of the European game has come from the technical, the tactical level of coaching that the European players are exposed to. We don't have either of those influences in terms of the tactical development of our coaches. I think we do need to be way more open to the influence of other footballing nations like we're still a very young footballing nation. These are things that I'm really hoping to see very quickly.
