The Difficult Part of Being a Producer
The producer is a little bit behind the scenes, but also at the same time so hands on. You have to speak to them with different languages and you have to understand their professional skills before you work with them. For me, personally, I choose my passion project. That means I choose the script I want to work on. So I would say I choose projects based on my instinct and my passion.
