The Death of Downtown

The site is downtown recovery.com and has a whole set of widgets that you can play with to look at correlations between different variables for every city, the 62 cities in in our study. There's so much work to be done here to kind of parse out the factors. Having a lot of single family homes near downtown was really important because everybody wanted space. And then people kind of got over that. In the end, it's it's really been about the economy and the structure of the economy.
