I Don't Regret Coming to Burlington
Taisha green is the director of racial equity, inclusion and belonging for the city of burlington. She moved to vermont from minneapolis two years ago after being recruited four times by Burlington. When i looked up the city's mission for the job, part of it reads, r e i b, has a focus on eradicating systemic raceism in all forms. Taesha didn't grow up in vermont like milay, but turns out, you don't have to share a lot of the same feelings and experience s that melated.
