Rep 2.0 is being scientifically literate, the ability to pull out a clinical study and talk knowledgeably with a customer. But SREACH frequency metrics combined with key message follow up gave us less freedom,. So I want to kind of 3.0, I think we should have really good relationships, good working relationships with clinicians. That means we really understand what the job is to be done... And that's also a challenge for field teams. We have moved very rapidly because of COVID into digital space. Some companies were well ahead of it, some were very far behind. Most companies have exactly what they need already, but they're just not leveraging it.
