Recording Process: Layering Hundreds of Vocals

This is hands down one of my favorite interviews we’ve ever done!

EJAE is the voice and songwriter behind the music of KPop Demon Hunters, and in this conversation, she takes us inside the early demos and original versions that brought the film’s songs to life.

For the first time ever, EJAE breaks down how these songs started, how they evolved, and what it actually takes to go from rough ideas to music that reaches billions. We listen to early versions, talk through creative decisions, and unpack the emotional weight behind writing these songs.

What a full circle moment!
