The Problems With the Inspectors in the Bank
Inspector Samuel Bozenkett kept a separate diary with him as he went round. He was making little notes about the men and who they were and what they did. Some of them are fabulous but there are also those who are drunk on the job or rude. The bank does prosecute them to the full extent of the law which means capital punishment at this time.
