I've been thinking very deeply about PFS for well over a decade. And when I have honest discussions with patients in their second or third line therapy, most of them look at me and say, why would I even want that treatment? So I think we agree that patients don't want marginal lousy treatments, but I don't think we would be in a position in good faith to tell patients that this is going to provide a radically different outcome.
