The discovery of H. Mazzazone is quite a recent event and Manolis Andronicus' discoveries of the royal tombs in 1977 really was the kickstarter for that. We can start to reconstruct elements of Phillips funeral, which was a very, very important moment in Alexander's life. It wasn't a given that he'd become king following Phillips death; it was all about having to prove you had enough support. No wonder Alexander was so paranoid the entire time.
