The GOP's Plan to Balance the Budget
The bill caps non defense spending growth by no more than 1% in 20, 24 and 20, 25. The bill does claw back $28 billion in unspent COVID funds. It officially cancels Biden student loan pause repayments. But it doesn't end student loan forgiveness.
