The Importance of Qualitative Research in a Quantitative World

How does qualitative research remain relevant in a quantitative world? To really address our topic, I wanted to approach this conversation thinking about the acronym P P E A like sweet P. There's a lot of policies and advocacy work that is fundamentally grounded in quant numbers. And so if we don't understand why these numbers exist, there's really no data to support the numbers.
