Is Autonomous Trucking Possible?
The Verge talked to Cornell associate professor of information science Karen Levy about it in an interview titled why automating trucks is harder than you think. She thinks autonomous trucking might be possible in like 40 years but in the meantime she's convinced after talking to a lot of truckers for a book she wrote that we need the humans. "Not all of these things are replaceable and the momentum as we just heard seems to be against autonomous trucking"
