The number one thing that I recommend and I did this we were selling to physicians. It was so clear that we were selling in ways that were completely in conflict with how they wanted to buy Right, so our entire go-to market was in friction with what our buyers wanted So I would if you haven't already I would go and talk to customers Understand those different types of things that they want qualitatively and then build A survey so you can collect data at more scale that will play in a boardroom That says this is what our customers want to buy like this is how we're selling and then just identify all the mismatches Yep, because nobody it's so strange like very few companies Do
