There is so much talent in that group, the likes of Josh Little, Lork and Tucker Curtis Camp for Harry Tech. How do you handle being a captain to those players who don't have huge international experience? I won't kind of go looking for something, if I send something up, I might pull them aside, but it's such an interesting group,. A lot of these guys are actually experienced international cricketers, but not experienced kind of first-class, list A cricketers. There will be times where they do things wrong, I'll do things wrong... We can help each other out whenever that happens.
