This is a change where i really fear it's broken, and it's hard to see how you can fix it. If nothing else, you would think that a pendamic like this would reinforce how interconnected we all are. And so i am looking for any signs of leadership across these countries where we can start an actual conversation about how we can get better at addressing these kinds of pandemics together.
